Points & Award Assistance
Have points but aren’t sure how to use them for your trip? We’llo search your available points and miles for redemption options that fit your travel plans and preferences. For flight searches, you’ll receive up to three award options when available, along with guidance for transferring your points and booking your selected itinerary. Hotel searches include up to three recommendations with the points required for your stay and preferred room type.
One way—$150
Covers one origin-to-destination journey for up to 2 travelers. Additional travelers beyond the first 2— $ 100 each up to 4 total travelers. For 5 or more travelers, contact for pricing.
Traveling both directions? Purchase two one-way searches. Your return flight can depart from a different city, allowing you to travel between destinations by train car, or a separate flight.
Hotel Award Search—$75
(Includes up to three hotel recommendation for one destination and stay)
Flight Award Search:
Round-trip—$250
Covers outbound and return travel between the same origin and destination for up to 2 travelers. Additional travelers beyond the first 2— $ 150 each up to 4 total travelers. For 5 or more travelers, contact for pricing.
Multi-city—$350
Covers an itinerary of up to 3 flight segments for up to 2 travelers. Itineraries requiring more than 3 flight segments require custom pricing. Additional travelers beyond the first 2—$200 each up to 4 travelers. For 5 or more travelers, contact for pricing.
Flight searches begin with a $75 non-refundable initial search fee. This fee covers an initial award availability search to determine whether suitable options can be found; specific flight options and booking details are not included in the initial search. The fee is retained whether or not suitable availability is found. If viable options are found and you choose to proceed, the $75 will be applied toward the appliable flight award search fee above.
